I've always wanted to try getting a bunch of deer hides, de-hair them, and make a actual SOF. Canvas works well and painted with rubberized roof paint makes for a quite durable skin.

Yea, I remember that snow stuff. Northern Maine for 11 years. We measured in F and inches but still way too cold, too much snow and long winters. I moved to Kentucky, much better winters here.
